The item has never been used
The request must be made within 14 days (from the day you receive your product/s)

Photos of all broken products
Amount of how many products are broken
Once we have all this information, we can send you replacement products.
You don’t need to send the products back to us.
Due to hygiene and safety protocols, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on items that have been opened or used
